"February 2020- We had water damage on 100 year old floors. Chase and his team where professional, prompt, personable, responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. They were respectful of our home and belongings. They cleaned up at the end of each day, removing any debris and placing their equipment out of the way. When we had one small issue with the project (which is normal in construction), they responded immediately and professionally to take care of it. In all my years in construction management and personal home renovations, this may be the best experience I've had. Our floors are beautiful. We're so glad we entrusted our historic home to them."

"I was alarmed at the color of the filler as my floors were being installed, which I voiced to the helper who was left to install the floors. After several days with others noticing the strange filler color, I again voiced my concern to the helper, who obviously relayed them to the owner. The owner finally came back, tires screeching into my driveway, asking what was the problem, as - "he had a business to run". Unfortunately, my check had been cashed immediately. To this day, I have holes where the filler vanished, and what didn't vanish are still the same weird color which caused my immediate concern. Terrible job; poor attitude. ABSOLUTELY correct company; my review stands, even though long-overdue."
