"HONEST, BEAUTIFUL WORK David Brown of Progressive Builders built my home from the ground up. After listening to my ideas, he drew up professional plans within my budget for a 24’ X 30’, one bedroom, one bath, open concept home with stamped concrete porches on east and west sides. During the construction process, David kept me informed of each step. When problems came up like needing an upgraded septic, he kept in touch and we figured it out together. He was able to deal with extra expenses by finding ways to save in other areas. He found and managed all subcontractors. Now that the project is complete, I have a forever home that is built solid to last as well as beautiful. Special features are hand-crafted Alder trim, plenty of storage, and no steps. I have a walk-in shower, windows to highlight the 360-degree mountain views, ductless heat/AC and tankless water heater. The kitchen is full of light and efficient with white shaker cabinets, black granite counter and recessed LED lights. David is an honest, straight-forward and talented contractor who places extreme importance on doing the best job. I would recommend Progressive Builders to anyone looking for beautiful construction with attention to detail and fine craftsmanship. I would go so far as to say David is an artist, especially when it comes to crafting wood trim and stamped concrete."
