"I had a very positive experience working with Frank. Subcontracting with Chris Molyneux of Custom Hardwood Floors, their team removed and placed new subfloor and hardwood floor in my old house (circa 1760). Because of the age of the house and the condition of the floors and supporting structures, I could see that this was a particularly challenging project. They handled the project with great professionalism (and flexibility) and Frank was communicative throughout the process. They also went above and beyond in attending to other issues (unrelated to the floors) that they found along the way. The level of craftsmanship is impressive and I am grateful for their careful work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend working with Frank and his team."

"Frank does great work. He installed LVP flooring, a ceiling fan, put together some furniture I had ordered off the internet and painted the space. He was trustworthy, reliable and very informative. Very pleasant person. I would definitely recommend. Keep in mind, he gets pretty busy."
